Eleven Months

Our voracious eater has become pickier. He loves waffles, "bug cheese," chicken, tofu, bananas, melon, and veggie sausage, but spits out all things vegetable. Even beets, a former favorite. Llama has learned to stay on her bed during Patrick's meals, and she gets rewarded with leftovers when he's done.

Cruising remains about the same. He loves to be up and exploring, but has yet to stand on his own or take a first step. He seems to discover new cabinets every day, and gets frustrated when some suddenly become childproofed.

We've joined the YMCA, and Patrick loves to go to the children's corner to play with all of the toys and chase after the big kids. The fitness center overlooks the room's big window, so it's fun to see him crawling by occasionally.

Patrick enjoyed his first Snyder Thanksgiving. We gathered at Tom & Karina's new house in East Hampton, Connecticut. Michael had to work, so he feasted with the Krolls.

Abbott's Birthday

Alex got to meet the Yoga Boys at Abbott's first birthday party. A Korean tradition had the babies crawl to objects placed on the ground. Patrick chose the stethoscope, while Alex went straight for the money.
