Favorite Toys

Alex loves to play in his crib, because that's the only place Duckie and his pacis are allowed. Patrick was content to join with Daddy's cellphone. He tried a pacifier and later stole Duckie. That didn't go over so well...

Helping Uncle Luca Pack

Who knew one of the highlights of the visit would be crowding into the bedroom to "help" Uncle Luca pack for his trip to Israel? Luckily he wasn't pressed for time...

Strawberries, Raisin Bread, and Veggie Booty

An Ill-Fated Stroll

We had barely made it out of the driveway, when Alex decided he didn't want to be cooped up in the stroller...

Flannel Twins

Friday night we left the boys with Kyle (much to Patrick's dismay), and had a fanastic dinner in Denver.

Visiting Conifer

Auntie Carol sums it up perfectly:

"After way too many months apart, the East Coast Bug and the Mountain Bug (and their parents) got to spend a long weekend together. They actually played together, sharing and fighting over toys and food. At one point they passed a piece of unwanted tofu between their trays a bunch of times. Patrick taught Alex where his nose is, how to scream when Mom leaves the room, and how to use a fork. While Alex taught Patrick how to say "all done" and "cracker" and that tofu is yucky. There were so many incredible moments that it's hard to remember them all now. Sorry!"
