Patrick's Fifth Birthday
Patrick was very excited to plan his first "friends" birthday, and had lots of ideas for his Wild Kratts celebration. He invited cousins Alex, Sophie, and Charlie of course, along with school friends Isabella, Abbott (and Micah), Jillian, Calla (and Penelope), Malcolm, and Vince.
Robin made Creature Power Suits for all of the guests, and Sophie (acting as Aviva) handed out Creature Power Discs for each of the activities. The kids hopped like kangaroos, pretended to be cheetahs chasing Charlie the gazelle, turned from paper-towel chrysalis into butterflies, played in the dark with their firefly glow sticks, and followed Sophie in an "Elephant Says" game.
Patrick requested a watermelon ice cream cake, and Michael also made cupcakes topped with plastic animals.
