Playing Along

Ever since he befriended Brown Eyes the boxelder bug, Patrick has been having fun finding the occasional bug appearing throughout the house and saying hello to "Brown Eyes." The other day he found a dead bug and calmly explained that it was okay because it was just Brown Eyes' brother and we didn't know him. And then today: "Well actually all boxelder bugs look alike so we don't really know which one is Brown Eyes. And he doesn't talk so we can't ask him. But it's fun to pretend..."
